Charges due on a pre-pay basis (together with account set-up fees, where applicable) and all other products, are non-refundable.
If You contravene Your Agreement with World4Help.com, a refund will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.
Domain related payments are non-refundable as domain registration can not be cancelled and domain remains usable and active during the entire period of registration. Refunds are applicable only for the cases before the domain gets registered.
Refund requests shall be processed within 14 working days from the date such request was received. We reserve the right to issue reimbursement using a payment method other than used to commit the initial transaction.
